Environmental Policy

Our Environmental Policy

The Company is committed to running its operations, respecting and protecting the environment, promoting good and responsible corporate governance. The Company must comply with all legal and other requirements, and manage all phases of its business to minimize the possible adverse impacts on the environment.

The Company must eliminate or reduce as reasonably as possible the release of contaminants into the environment, following the environmental aspects, as described in this Policy:

1. Pollution control measures;
2. Recycling; and
3. Treatment and control technologies.

The Company must communicate its Policy to workers so that they become aware of their individual environmental obligations. The Company must ensure that the Environmental Policy is communicated to stakeholders and includes feedback from workers, suppliers, customers and the community.

The environment is the responsibility of everyone from top management to the level of the worker. As such, everyone must commit to and perform their roles not only efficiently but also environmentally friendly.

The Company must review the Environmental Policy at least once a year to ensure that it remains sustainable, relevant and appropriate for the Shipyard. The Company must carry out appropriate reviews, assessments and measures to achieve constant improvement in the environmental performance of the facility.
