One of the main keys to achieve the differentiation in the market is at overcoming human material. The Jurong Aracruz Shipyard has a training program that addresses not only productivity, but to train skilled workers, involved with the mission of the enterprise.

With the main focus at the community recruitment around the project, the Training Program and Training works in the selection of individuals and identify their potentials and talents. Specific training with international certification, will the transformation of young candidates in professionals at Jurong family.

The first step of this program is already complete: the registration of almost 8,000 in EJA interested in entering, made directly in the communities surrounding the project.

Thus, the EJA has fulfilled a number of tasks previously discussed with the community:

  • Privileging the surrounding communities with information on jobs and on the training processes;
  • Later, centralizing information on job openings in Regional Sine;
  • Provide computer equipment (computer, scanner and printer) to form the database of labor and local services;
  • Provide access to the Internet to Community Association during the mobilization and recruitment of manpower.
